Who we are

Zenithr Perform is operated by Procapita Management Consulting Group ("Procapita", "we", "us"). For the public-facing site we act as data controller. For customer workspaces, we act as data processor under the customer's instructions, governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, work email, role, organisation, language preference.
  • Workspace content: employee records, performance data, feedback responses, attachments — uploaded by the customer.
  • Usage data: sign-in events, feature usage, IP address, user agent, timestamps.
  • Support data: the content of messages you send us.

Why we use it

  • To provide and operate the platform.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • To improve product quality and respond to support requests.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases

Under GDPR / UK GDPR / GCC privacy laws we rely on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (to run and secure the service), legal obligation, and consent where required (for example marketing communications).

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email, monitoring). A current list is available on request at privacy@pro-capita.com. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

When data is transferred outside its country of origin we use appropriate safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent local mechanisms.

Retention

Customer data is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted under the DPA timelines after termination. Public-site data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal data. Customer-workspace requests are routed through the customer (the controller); we will assist them. Direct requests: privacy@pro-capita.com.

Security

See our Security page and the management systems on the Compliance page.

Children

The platform is intended for use by employees and adult workforce members.

Changes

We will post material changes on this page and date them above.
