• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or backend systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except through our coordinated disclosure process.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or to interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer the Service or extract its underlying models, prompts, or configurations.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this policy. Report concerns to compliance@pro-capita.com.
